Publication dates of periodic reports in 2022The ManagementBoard of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw(hereinafter, the _#8216;Company'), announces the Company's publication datesof periodic reports in 2022:

Annual reports:

1. Annual report for 2021 - 23 March 2022

2. Consolidated annual report for 2021 - 23 March 2022

Quarterly reports:

1. Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022 - 18 May2022

2. Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2022 - 9November 2022

Semi-annual reports:

1. Report for the first half of 2022 - 17 August 2022

2. Consolidated report for the first half of 2022 - 17 August 2022

The Company informs that in 2022, it will publish consolidated quarterlyreports containing quarterly financial information, referred to in § 62sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 oncurrent and periodic information (hereinafter, _#8216;Regulation'), in lieu ofthe publication of separate standalone quarterly reports.

Furthermore, the Company informs that, in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 ofthe Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports forthe fourth quarter of 2021 and second quarter of 2022.
