Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 25 marzo 2024 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 13 aprile 2023 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 18 al 22 marzo 2024, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 22.200 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.439.400 azioni proprie, pari all'8,221% del capitale sociale e al 6,420% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, March 25th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 13th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period March 18th and 22nd, 2024, acquired on the EXM 22,200 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,439,400 treasury shares, equal to 8.221% of the share capital and 6.420% on the voting rights.
