Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 7 agosto 2023 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 13 aprile 2023 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 31 luglio al 4 agosto 2023, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 14.900 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.108.200 azioni proprie, pari al 7,61% del capitale sociale.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, August 7th, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 13th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period July 31st and August 4th, 2023, acquired on the EXM 14,900 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,108,200 treasury shares, equal to 7.61% of the share capital.
