Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 21 agosto 2023 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 13 aprile 2023 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 14 al 18 agosto 2023, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 15.450 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.140.600 azioni proprie, pari al 7,67% del capitale sociale.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, August 21st, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 13th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period August 14th and 18th, 2023, acquired on the EXM 15,450 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,140,600 treasury shares, equal to 7.67% of the share capital.
