Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 22 dicembre 2023 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 13 aprile 2023 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 18 al 22 dicembre 2023, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 15.150 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.364.900 azioni proprie, pari all'8,083% del capitale sociale e al 6,377% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, December 22nd, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 13th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period December 18th and 22nd, 2023, acquired on the EXM 15,150 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,364,900 treasury shares, equal to 8.083% of the share capital and 6.377% on the voting rights.
