Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 17 agosto 2020 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 26 giugno 2020 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato nella stessa data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 10 al 14 agosto 2020, ha acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario n. 30.500 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 7.919.255 azioni proprie, pari al 12,984% del capitale sociale.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, August 17, 2020 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of June 26th, 2020, whose commencement was announced on the same date, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period August 10th and 14th , 2020, acquired on the MTA 30,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,919,255 treasury shares, equal to 12.984% of the share capital.
