Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, January 4th, 2017 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period December 27th and 30th 2016, acquired on the MTA 3,400 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,424,240 treasury shares, equal to 8.893% of the share capital.
