Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, May 9th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period May 3rd and 6th 2016, acquired 4,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,764,500 treasury shares, equal to 7.81% of the share capital.
