Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, May 23rd, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period May 16th and 20th 2016, acquired 9,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,774,500 treasury shares, equal to 7.828% of the share capital.
