Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, June 6th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. on May 30th 2016, acquired 2,000 shares (average price 3,223 Euro for share). Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,780,500 treasury shares, equal to 7.838% of the share capital.
