Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, September 19th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. on September 12th 2016, acquired 2,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,228,800 treasury shares, equal to 8.573% of the share capital.
