Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, April 7, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilisation programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28, 2014, whose commencement was announced on April 29, 2014, BasicNet S.p.A. on April 10, 2015 acquired 1,000 shares with average price of 3,115 Euro. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,110,000 treasury shares, equal to 6.738% of the share capital.
