Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, May 18, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilisation programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. on May 13, 2015 acquired 5,000 shares with average price of 3,732 Euro. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,150,000 treasury shares, equal to 6.804% of the share capital.
