Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, July 6th, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilisation programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period June 29th and July 3rd, 2015, acquired 10,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,243,000 treasury shares, equal to 6.956% of the share capital.
