Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, August 17 th, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period August 10th and 14th, 2015, acquired 24,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,356,553 treasury shares, equal to 7.14% of the share capital.
