Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, September 28th, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. . in the period September 21st and 25th 2015, acquired 12,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,409,153 treasury shares, equal to 7.229% of the share capital.
