Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, October 19th, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period October 12th and 19th 2015, acquired 17,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,438,153 treasury shares, equal to 7.276% of the share capital.
