Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, December 4th, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period November 30th and December 4th 2015, acquired 11,847 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,480,000 treasury shares, equal to 7.345% of the share capital.
