we propose the following:

RESOLUTION

the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of BasicNet S.p.A., having reviewed the 2023 results, the Directors' Report and having noted the Board of Statutory Auditors' Report and that of the Independent Audit Firm EY S.p.A.,

RESOLVES

to approve the Directors' Report and the Financial Statements at December 31, 2023, in relation to each individual part and in its entirety.
