Update Share Buyback Program

Kortrijk, Belgium, 12 January 2026, 18.00 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 7th November 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 5 January 2026 till 9 January 2026 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10th November 2025, Barco NV has bought back 1,919,269 shares for a total amount of 23,222,853 euros. This corresponds to 77.41% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 10,957,225 treasury shares, including a reduction because of the exercise of stock options during the period 1 November 2025 – 15 December 2025 (1,600 stock options on treasury shares).
