On 11 August 2011 JP Morgan Asset Management Holdings Inc., 245 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10187, notified Barco that as of 9 August 2011 the participation in Barco of JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Ltd. was reduced from 384,573 shares, i.e. 3.02%, to below the threshold of 3.00% of the shares.
