宝鼎重工股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）首次公开发行股票的募集资金投资项目“年精加工20,000 吨大型铸锻件建设项目”已完成了工程建设、设备安装调试及试生产等前期工作，现正式竣工投产。

该项目投产后，将提升公司机加工水平，实现从粗加工领域向精加工领域的延伸，但项目初期技术磨合需要一定的时间，且固定资产折旧较大，敬请投资者注意投资风险。
