宝鼎重工股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）首次公开发行股票的募集资金投资项目“年产2,000 套起重机吊钩总成建设项目”已完成了工程建设、设备安装调试及试生产等前期工作，现正式竣工投产。

由于项目从投产到产生经济效益再到达产需要一定时间，基于投产初期产量有限，而且固定资产折旧较大，且本年度已接近年底，公司预计其建成投产对2013 年度经营业绩不会产生较大影响。
