Mestre (Venice) 23 October 2024 - In relation to the Straordinary and Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for 28 november 2024 in a single call, Banca Ifis hereby announces that, in compliance with current regulations, available to the public at the Bank's registered office, Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the authorised storage mechanism , is the following documentation:

• 1. Explanatory report by the board of directors on the items on the agenda of the ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting convened for 28 november 2024 in a single call;
• 1. Reasoned proposal of the Board of Statutory Auditors to the Shareholders' Meeting of Banca Ifis S.p.A. - Integration of the engagement fee for the provision of "statutory audit services" for financial years 2023 – 2031.
