Banca IFIS has filed the IFIS Leasing merger plan. Completion of the transaction is scheduled for May 2018

Mestre (Venice), 20 March 2018 - Banca IFIS announces that, following the authorization received from the Bank of Italy, it has filed the plan for merger of IFIS Leasing S.p.A. into Banca IFIS S.p.A.

Completion of the merger will presumably take place in May 2018.

The IFIS Leasing S.p.A. merger project - which follows the merger of IFIS Factoring and Interbanca, completed in 2017 - is part of Banca IFIS's broader growth and development strategy, declared during acquisition of the former Interbanca Group.

Pursuant to current legislation, the merger documentation is available at the registered offices of the companies involved, on Banca IFIS's website (www.bancaifis.it) in the sections 'Information documents' and 'Financial statements and reports', on IFIS Leasing's website (www.ifisleasing.it), and in the authorized storage system .
