Communication pursuant to art. 31 of the Corporate Governance Code

Mestre (Venice) 13 October 2021 - Banca Ifis, following the recent reorganization and in compliance with the provisions of art. 31 of the Corporate Governance Code, informs that Alberto Staccione no longer holds the position of General Manager.

Staccione retains a role in the company as Chief Lending Officer. The termination of the position of General Manager does not entail the payment of indemnities or other benefits, in accordance with the remuneration policy adopted by the Banca Ifis Group.
