Banca IFIS approves the establishment of the 5 billion Euro EMTN Programme
Mestre (Venice), 20 July 2017 – Today Banca IFIS's Board of Directors approved the establishment, to be realized in the next months, of the 'Euro Medium Term Notes Programme (EMTN)' for a maximum aggregate issue amount equal to 5 billion Euro.
The EMTN Programme is a flexible tool that will allow Banca IFIS both to take timely advantage of positive market windows for issuing bonds, both to issue different types of debt securities.
The EMTN programme, the duration of which is one year, as usual with the possibility of renewal. The single issues will be targeted to institutional investors in Italy and abroad, excluding the United States of America, pursuant to Regulation S of the United Securities Act of 1933.
