The Board of Directors of Banca Ifis renews the Chairpersons of the Board Committees

Milan, 19 October 2023 - The Board of Directors of Banca Ifis, which met today under the chair of Ernesto Fürstenberg Fassio, resolved to renew the chairpersons of the Board committees for the second half of the 2022- 2024 term of office in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations of the Board of Directors, the Board Committees and the Supervisory Board.

The Board appointed Lead Independent Director Antonella Malinconico as Chair of the Control and Risk Committee and Beatrice Colleoni as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Moreover, the Board of Directors, having acknowledged the resignation of Monica Regazzi from her position as member of the Appointments Committee, resolved to integrate the composition of the Appointments Committee by identifying Roberta Gobbi as its new member and Chair.
