Banca Generali: Resignation of a Board Member
Milan, 10 March 2017 – Banca Generali announces that today it received notice from Giovanni Luca Perin of his resignation from the position of Member of the Company's Board of Directors effective as of 20 March 2017. His decision is due to personal reasons.
Giovanni Luca Perin, a non-executive and non-independent Director, had been co-opted by resolution of the Board of Directors on 20 April 2016 and was not a member of any Board committee.
The Board of Directors wishes to express its thanks to Giovanni Luca Perin for his contribution to the Company. The Board will be called upon to pass the relevant resolutions on the replacement by co-option, in accordance with Article 2386 of the Italian Civil Code and Article 15, paragraph 14, of the Articles of Association.
