Banca Generali: resignation of an alternate auditor

Milan, 4 March 2016 – Banca Generali announces that Anna Bruno has resigned today from her position as alternate auditor of the company, due to personal reasons.

Anna Bruno had been appointed by the General Shareholders' Meeting of 23 April 2015, and had been drawn from the majority list.

Banca Generali will appoint a new member of the Board of Statutory Auditors during the forthcoming General Shareholders' Meeting.
