The Board of Directors appoints Gian Maria Mossa as General Manager
Milan, 24 March 2016 - The Board of Directors of Banca Generali, chaired by Paolo Vagnone, has appointed Joint General Manager Gian Maria Mossa as General Manager, effective 1 April 2016. He will report to the Chief Executive Officer. This appointment is consistent with the Bank's strong growth process, both in terms of AUM and recruitment of experienced professionals. A single vision underlying the implementation of strategic projects can generate new opportunities to develop innovative services, thanks to a closer synergy between the Bank and Commercial Areas.
Gian Maria Mossa, 41, joined Banca Generali in July 2013, as Joint General Manager for the Commercial Area. He previously gained significant experience in RAS (Allianz group), initially in the Risk Management & Asset Allocation area, and then in the Sales and Marketing Departments. In 2006, he joined Banca Fideuram and after serving in positions of increasing responsibility, he was appointed Head of Marketing, Business Development and Private Banking, directly reporting to the CEO.
