Banca Generali: resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors
Milan, 1 July 2015 – Banca Generali announces that, effective 30 June 2015, Ettore Maria Tosi resigned from his position as Acting Auditor and Chairman of the Company's Board of Statutory Auditors due to medical reasons.
Ettore Maria Tosi had been appointed by the General Shareholders' Meeting on 23 April 2015. He had been elected from the minority list.
Pursuant to Article 2401 of the Italian Civil Code and Article 20 of the Articles of Association, Alternate Auditor Massimo Cremona, who was also elected from the minority list, will assume the position of Acting Auditor and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
