PUBLIC NOTICE FOR E-AUCTION – SALE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

ASREC (India) Ltd., is a secured creditors and its Proprietor /Borrower / Guarantors / Mortgagor Mr. (i) Chainpuria Shailendra Jagdish & Chainpuria Surindra Jagdish (ii) M/s J P Enterprises Prop Shailendra Jagdish Chainpurai (iii)M/s J P Telecom 2 Prop Surindra Jagdish Chainpuria (Joint Borrower) (iv) Mr. Sachin Utekar (v) Mr. Pawankumar Gupta by virtue of Assignment Agreement dated 30.03.2022, executed with original lender viz. कोळीवाडा ग्रामस्थांनी समुद्रात उतरून आंदोलन केले . आश्वासनानंतर १५ तासांनी आंदोलन मागे यामुळे पुनवर्सनाच्या जिमनीचा प्रश्न येत्या तीन कायद्याच्या चौकटीत योग्य मिहन्यांत िनकाली काढण्याचे जागेत पुनवर्सन करण्याच्या आश्वासन केंद्रीय बंदरे , जहाज मागणीसाठी गेल्या ३८ बांधणी , जलमागर् मंत्री सबार्नंद वषार्ंपासून ग्रामस्थांचा केंद्र , सोनोवाल यांनी िशष्टमंडळाला राज्य सरकारिवरोधात संघषर् िदले . त्यानंतर जेएनपीए समुद्र सुरू आहे . चॅनल बंद आंदोलन १५ तासांनी मागे घेण्यात आले बुधवारी संध्याकाळी मुंबईत आहे . बैठकीत जेएनपीए झालेल्या बैठकीत हनुमान अध्यक्ष उन्मेष वाघ यांच्यासह कोळीवाडा ग्रामस्थांच्या अिधकारी वगर् उपिस्थत होता . पुनवर्सनासाठी आवश्यक
