RULES under labour codes notified

THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT will stay settled in their role under the first labour codes, bringing into force a unified framework aimed at read-errating labour regulations, ensuring minimum wages, and estimating ownership as labour-city to all workers.
The first codes - the Code on Wages, 2015; the Instant-U-Best-in-Code, 2010; the Code on Social Security, 2008; and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2008 - serve into effect on November 13. However, it will fall in between when required the footing of rules and disunity of Labour and Employment had published draft rules on December 18 the stakeholder feedback, which were subsequently notified following legal writing. Or no labour is a concurrent subject under the Constitution, both the Centre and the states on regional/iversity rules for the outcome and enforcement of the law codes.

India successfully carries out test firing of advanced Agni missile
INDIA HAS INDOCESTRALLY test-fired an Advanced Agni missile with the missing ability to display multiple payloads to separate ranges or not (one-way) - a milestone that places the country among a select league of global powers.
The testing of the missile with Multiple Independently Targeted Re-Entry Vehicles (MERV) ransom was carried out from Hataly's APE Metal Kalam Island on Friday, according to the defense ministry.

‘आधार’मधील बायोमेट्रिक ‘ग्रुटीमार’ नागरिकांवर नको
मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने दिले ‘यूआयडीएआय’ला निर्देश

मुंबई : ‘आधार’ मधीलमधील बायोमेट्रिक ग्रुटी किंवा इतर तांत्रिक अभियांत्रितांमुळे नागरिकांना अन्यायकारक वाच सहन करावा लागू नये, यासाठी मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने भारतीय निधिमत्त ओळख प्राधिकरणाला (यूआयडीएआय) निर्देश दिले आहेत. त्या, नवीद बरे, भुट्टे आणि न्या. दिले गत. येण्यासाठी यांच्या खंडारीताने आधार मधीलील तांत्रिक वृत्तीमुळे नागरिकांना होणारा अन्यायकारक वाच आणि वाढणारी न्यायालयीन लक्षात गाकडून ‘यूआयडीएआय’वर जावी शकते.
न्यायालयाने स्पष्ट केले की, ‘देशबंत’ची ओळखात आणि सुरक्षितता वाढणे राष्ट्रीयपुरवठा महत्त्वाचे असले तरी त्याची अंमलबजावणी नागरिक केंद्रित, मूल्य आणि घटनात्मक मूल्यांची मुलांचा असली पाहिजे. या प्रणालीतील तांत्रिक किंवा बायोमेट्रिक वृत्तीमुळे एखाद्या खऱ्या रहिवासामुळे कोणत्याही उपाय उपलब्ध नसते. अशा स्थितीत सोडता येणार नाही. आधार मधीलील तांत्रिक वृत्तीमुळे नागरिकांना वारंवार पाठवावय-न्यायालयाने दानपत्रे होवणारे लागत आपल्याची वाढती पद्धतीही न्यायालयाने अधोरेखित केली. अशा अनेक प्रकारच्या खरे रहिवासी योग्य मार्गदर्शन किंवा स्पष्ट प्रक्रिया न समजल्याने विविध कार्यालये आणि अधिकाऱ्यांमध्ये वारंवार प्रकार भारतात, माण्डूळे असमानतक वाच, अत्याधुनिक येण्यामुळे वंचित राहणे आणि टाळता न येण्यासाठी न्यायालयीन प्रक्रिया निर्माण होते, असे न्यायालयाने म्हटले.
मार्गदर्शक तत्त्व जारी
मधिल्लातील प्रधानमंत्र्याद्वारे बांधलेल्या काही मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे जारी केले. त्यानुसार, आधाराची अचूक स्थिती जेव्हा प्रकारात कळवणे, प्रादेशिक कार्यालयात पद्धतीत राहणार असतो, आणि मात्र असेलताही यामध्ये आणि नागरिकांच्याकडून वृत्तीमधील ठेवणे आवश्यक आहे.
कोकण, गोवा प्रवाशांना रेल्वेचा सुखद दिलासा

नवी मुंबई : उभरली यूझनमध्ये कोकण आणि गोवताकडे जाणाऱ्या प्रवाशांची वाढती गर्दी लक्षात घेऊन पसर रेल्वे वळवताना दिलासा देणारा निर्णय घेतला आहे. त्यानुसार भारतात अंतररम गावील-नारायण अंतररम दरम्यान अतिरिक्त सागराहिक उभरली विशेष रेल्वे पाठवण्याची घोषणा केली आहे.
महायवदूत-१० मे रेल्वे यूझनचा विशेष खंडी- रेल्वे प्रस्थापनाने दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, गाडी क्रमांक ०११०६; महाराज अंतररम- गावील रेल्वे सहायक सागराहिक विशेष रेल्वे रविवार, १० मे २०२६ रोजी समांबाबळी ४.३० लावणा महाराज अंतररम येथून रावणा होणार आहे. ती दुसऱ्या दिवशी पढते ४ लावणा पराभव बंगल्यावर पोहोचेल.
परदेशात ११ मे रोजी परतीची सेवा: त्यानंतर गाडी क्रमांक ०११०६-परदेश- महाराज अंतररम विशेष रेल्वे रविवार, ११ मे २०२६ रोजी सकाळी ५.४५ लावणा परभेक येथून सुटणार असून, अयस्काही ६.५० लावणा महाराज अंतररम येथे पोहोचणार आहे.
बंगल्यातील महाराजाबाबत महाराजांवर शोक: ही विशेष रेल्वे क्रमाबळी, वित्तीय, स्वतंत्रपणे रेषा, कुरुस्त, सिद्धूली, कणकधारी, वैभवशाली रेषा, मजगूर रेषा, विध्वती, उपक्रमांची, रागगोपी, रागगेश्वर रेषा, शिल्पकुण, खेळ, सांगणार, रेषा आणि येणा या महत्त्वाच्या कारणांवर शोक येणार आहे. त्यामुळे गेल्या सिद्धूली आणि रागगोपी सिद्धूली यांवरून या सेवेवर मोडा लाभ होईल.
