Sub : Intimation under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”)

Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) read with Para B of Part - A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 and further to our intimation dated 9[th] August 2024, wherein the Board had approved capital expenditure of Rs.1,300 Crore for Off-Road Tyres in phased manner at Bhuj and subsequent intimation on 23[rd] May 2025 the Board had approved capital expenditure of approximately Rs.3,500 crores for setting up additional production facilities at Bhuj for Carbon Black, Power Plant, Commercial Vehicle Tyres, Rubber Tracks, and Passenger Car Radial Tyres.

With reference to the capital expenditure announced as detailed above the Company is now happy to inform that it has commissioned the first phase details of which are as under:

6.	Rationale	This investment is part of company’s growth plan for Year 2030.

Additionally, as per part of the capital expenditure announced on 23[rd] May 2025, we wish to inform you that the Company has completed the expansion of additional production capacity of the Power Plant at its Bhuj facility. Pursuant to this expansion, the installed capacity of the Power Plant has increased from 40 megawatts (MWH) to 64 megawatts (MWH). Given the integrated nature of the approved capital expenditure program, wherein certain equipment and infrastructure are common to both the Power Plant and Carbon Black production lines, it is presently not feasible to segregate and disclose the capital expenditure attributable solely to the Power Plant.

Upon completion of the entire capital expenditure related to the expansion of the Power Plant and Carbon Black facilities, the Company shall provide the requisite disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
