Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 50 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 25[th] October, 2024 interalia , to consider and approve:

• (i) Unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30[th] September, 2024;

• (ii) Declaration of 2[nd] Interim Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2024-25, if any.

The 2[nd] Interim Dividend for financial year 2024-25, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose name appears on the Register of Members of the company on the record date i.e. 2[nd] November, 2024.

The Company has intimated earlier that the Trading Window Close Period commenced from 1[st] October, 2024, till 48 hours after the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30[th] September, 2024 becoming generally available information.
