We wish to inform that CARE Ratings Limited (CARE) vide its letter No. CARE/HO/RL/202425/1701 dated 28[th] June, 2024 has re-affirmed the credit rating of “CARE AA; Positive” (Double A, Outlook – Positive) for the Non-Convertible Debentures of the Company which is reduced from Rs 500 Crores to Rs. 325 Crores. The Company has done partial redemption of Rs. 175 Crores on 26[th] April, 2024.
