April 2019 Net Inflows: € 471 million

Milan, 7 th May 2019

The Azimut Group recorded total net inflows of ca. € 471 million in April 2019, thereby reaching € 1.8 billion since the beginning of the year.

Total Assets under Management stood at € 42.8 billion, and including assets under administration reached € 55.4 billion at the end of April.

Pietro Giuliani, Chairman of the Group, comments: "April figures confirm the positive trend in net inflows that we have seen year to date, bringing total flows to almost € 1.8 billion since the beginning of the year (with clients enjoying a net weighted average performance of +6.3%). These consistent results have been achieved especially thanks to our international operations, with a particular focus on both quantity and quality. A further example of our success abroad is the recent award given to us in Turkey, where the local association of asset management companies (Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası "TSKB") recognised Azimut as the player with the largest increase in market share in 2018. This is a further evidence of the validity and far-sightedness of the choices made several years ago to ensure the Group continues to be more international and independent in the future."

Azimutis Italy's leading independent asset manager (active since 1989). Raccolta netta in aprile positiva per € 471 milioni

Milano, 7 maggio 2019

Il Gruppo Azimut ha registrato nel mese di aprile 2019 una raccolta netta positiva per € 471 milioni, raggiungendo così €1,8 miliardi da inizio anno.

Il totale delle masse comprensive del risparmio amministrato si attesta a fine aprile a € 55,4 miliardi, di cui € 42,8 miliardi fanno riferimento alle masse gestite.

Pietro Giuliani, Presidente del Gruppo, commenta: "Prosegue l'andamento positivo dei flussi di raccolta netta che con il robusto dato mensile di aprile si porta a 1,8 miliardi di euro da inizio anno (con una performance media ponderata netta al cliente di +6,3%). Numeri consistenti, sia per qualità sia per quantità, generati soprattutto dal dinamismo delle società estere del Gruppo, come testimonia il recente riconoscimento ricevuto dall'associazione nazionale delle società di asset management in Turchia (Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası "TSKB") che ci premia per il maggior incremento di market share nell'industria turca nel 2018. Questa è un'ulteriore prova della validità e lungimiranza delle scelte compiute anni fa per assicurare al Gruppo un futuro indipendente e sempre più internazionale."
