Record Net inflows: € 6.7 billion in 2015, +19% vs. the previous record of 2014 Net inflows in December: € 597 million Total Assets at € 36.7 billion (+22% year on year)

Milan, 11 January 2016

The Azimut Group recorded total net inflows of € 597 million in December 2015, thereby bringing total net inflows in 2015 to reach € 6.7 billion.

The net inflows figure of this month benefited from the consolidation of Harvest Wealth, the sixth Australian advisory company entering the AZ NGA perimeter. Net of the impact of this latest JV, the Group still recorded net inflows in the region of € 490 million in December.

Total assets under management stood at € 31.2 billion, and including assets under administration reached € 36.7 billion (+22% year on year).

Pietro Giuliani, Azimut's Chairman and CEO, comments: "With December's figures we close an excellent year, characterized by the best result in terms of net inflows (6.7 billion euro) and a strong growth in AuM (+22% year on year). Il Gruppo Azimut ha registrato nel mese di dicembre 2015 una raccolta netta positiva per € 597 milioni, portando così il risultato dell'intero anno a raggiungere € 6,7 miliardi.

Il dato di raccolta ha beneficiato del consolidamento di Harvest Wealth, la sesta società di consulenza finanziaria in Australia che entra a far parte di AZ NGA. Al netto del consolidamento delle masse amministrate da quest'ultima, il Gruppo Azimut ha comunque conseguito nel mese di dicembre una raccolta netta positiva di circa € 490 milioni.

Il totale delle masse comprensive del risparmio amministrato si attesta a fine dicembre a € 36,7 miliardi, +22% da inizio anno, di cui € 31,2 miliardi fanno riferimento alle masse gestite.
