Net inflows in the first 10 months surpass € 5.3 billion October 2015 Net inflows: € 310 million

Azimut continues its efforts to extract stronger commercial synergies and operational efficiencies in Turkey

Milan, 4 November 2015

The Azimut Group recorded total net inflows of € 310 million in October 2015, thereby bringing total net inflows since the beginning of the year to overcome € 5.3 billion.

The net inflows figures of this month have benefited from the consolidation of FLP, the fourth Australian advisory company entering the AZ NGA perimeter. Net of the impact of this latest JV, the Group still reached total net inflows in the region of € 240 million in October.

Total assets under management stood at € 30.2 billion, and including assets under administration reached € 35.3 billion.

On the overseas front, AZ International Holdings S.A. ("AZIH") and the minority partners in AZ Notus Portföy Yönetimi A.S. ("AZN"), have signed an agreement to anticipate the exercise of the option on the 30% capital owned by AZN partners using the same metrics applied in October 2014. Subject to regulatory approval by the competent authorities, AZIH will then merge AZN by incorporation in Azimut Portföy Yönetimi A.S. ("AZP"), the other product factory of Azimut Group in Turkey. The resulting entity will maintain the name Azimut Portföy Yönetimi with the aim of consolidating further the Azimut brand in Turkey.

On October 22nd, 2014 Azimut had acquired 70% of AZN's capital to strengthen its discretionary portfolio management services beyond AZP and Azimut Bosphorus product factory capabilities. The commercial and industrial integration of these three companies has consolidated the largest independent asset management player in Turkey with AuM in excess of TL 2.4bn (equivalent to around € 770mn*) with a market share of 5.1% (excluding pension funds).

Raccolta netta nei primi 10 mesi dell'anno supera € 5,3 miliardi Raccolta netta in ottobre positiva per € 310 milioni

Azimut prosegue nel suo impegno per estrarre maggiori sinergie commerciali ed efficienze operative in Turchia

Il Gruppo Azimut ha registrato nel mese di ottobre 2015 una raccolta netta positiva per € 310 milioni, portando così la raccolta netta da inizio anno a superare € 5,3 miliardi.

Il dato di raccolta ha beneficiato del consolidamento di FLP, la quarta società di consulenza finanziaria in Australia che entra a far parte di AZ NGA. Al netto del consolidamento delle masse amministrate da quest'ultima, il Gruppo Azimut ha comunque conseguito nel mese di ottobre una raccolta netta positiva per circa € 240 milioni.

Il totale delle masse comprensive del risparmio amministrato si attesta a fine ottobre a € 35,3 miliardi, di cui € 30,2 miliardi fanno riferimento alle masse gestite.

Sul fronte estero, AZ International Holdings S.A. ("AZIH"), ed i partner di minoranza di AZ Notus Portföy Yönetimi A.S. ("AZN"), hanno firmato un accordo per anticipare l'esercizio dell'opzione sul 30% di capitale posseduto dai partner di AZN secondo i criteri già applicati nell'operazione di ottobre 2014. Una volta completato il processo autorizzativo da parte delle autorità competenti, AZN verrà fusa per incorporazione in Azimut Portföy Yönetimi A.S. ("AZP"), l'altra società prodotto del Gruppo Azimut in Turchia. La nuova entità manterrà il nome di Azimut Portföy Yönetimi con lo scopo di consolidare ulteriormente il brand Azimut in Turchia.

Il 22 ottobre 2014 Azimut acquistò il 70% di AZN per rafforzare i propri servizi di gestioni patrimoniali da affiancarsi alle capacità di AZP e Azimut Bosphorus. L'integrazione commerciale ed industriale di queste tre società ha creato il più grande player indipendente nell'industria del risparmio gestito in Turchia con oltre TL 2,4mld di AUM (equivalenti ad oltre €770mn*) e una quota di mercato pari a 5,1% (escluso i fondi pensione).
