Azimut Holding: Dimissioni di Marco Malcontenti, Co-Amministratore Delegato e CFO

Milano, 7 marzo 2017

Azimut Holding comunica che in data odierna Marco Malcontenti ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni dalla carica di Co-Amministratore Delegato e Chief Financial Officer al termine di un ciclo di 15 anni all'interno del Gruppo.

Le dimissioni avranno efficacia dal giorno antecedente l'assemblea di approvazione del bilancio al 31.12.2016 di Azimut Capital Management SGR S.p.A. prevista per il 13 aprile 2017.

La società comunica infine di aver già individuato un successore che assumerà l'incarico di Chief Financial Officer. Il nominativo del nuovo CFO verrà comunicato nei termini previsti.

Marco Malcontenti ringrazia i membri del Consiglio di Amministrazione, del Collegio Sindacale e tutti i collaboratori del Gruppo per questi 15 anni di intenso lavoro insieme.

In conformità a quanto richiesto dalle Istruzioni al Regolamento dei Mercati di Borsa Italiana, si informa che Marco Malcontenti detiene 128.839 azioni Azimut Holding.

Azimut Holding: Resignation of Marco Malcontenti, Deputy CEO and CFO

Milan, 7 March 2017

Azimut Holding informs that today Marco Malcontenti resigned from his position as Deputy CEO and CFO after 15 years of activity with the Azimut Group.

His resignation will be effective the day prior to the Shareholders' Meeting approving the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016 of Azimut Capital Management SGR S.p.A, scheduled for 13 April 2017.

Lastly, the Company announces that it has already identified a successor who will take up the position of CFO. The name of the new Chief Financial Officer will be communicated in due course.

Marco Malcontenti wishes to thank the members of the Board of Directors, the Statutory Auditors and all colleagues of the Group for 15 years of intense work together.

In accordance with the Instructions to the Market Rules of the Italian Stock Exchange, the Company hereby states that Marco Malcontenti holds 128,839 Azimut Holding shares.
