Azimut Holding S.p.A. Filing of documentation for the Annual Shareholders' Meeting

Milan, 3 April 2024

This is to inform that the following remaining documents have been filed and are available to the public at the Company's registered office in Milan, Via Cusani No. 4, at the website of Borsa Italiana Spa (www.borsaitaliana.it) and on the company's website (www.azimut-group.com - Investor Relations section), including:

• The Annual Report, including the statutory and consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2023
• The Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors
• The Independent Auditors' Reports on Azimut Holding S.p.A.'s annual financial statements, the
