Azimut Holding S.p.A. Filing of documentation for the Annual Shareholders' Meeting
Milan, 27 March 2023
This is to inform that the notice calling the Shareholders' Meeting on April 27, 2023 has been published on the Company's website www.azimut-group.com, in the Investor Relations, AGM section, and the extract of the same has been published in the newspaper "Italia Oggi".
Azimut is an independent, global group in the asset management, wealth management, investment banking and fintech space, serving private and corporate clients. A public company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (AZM.IM), the group is a leader in Italy and active in 18 countries around the world, with a focus on emerging markets. The shareholder structure includes over 1,900 managers, employees and financial advisors bound by a shareholders' agreement that controls ca. 21% of the company. The remaining isfree float. The Group comprises various companies active in the sale, management and distribution of financial and insurance products, with registered offices mainly in Italy, Australia, Brazil, Chile, China (Hong Kong and Shanghai), Egypt, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Portugal, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, UAE and USA. In Italy, Azimut Capital Management SGR sells and manages Italian mutual funds, Italian alternative investment funds, as well as being active in the discretionary management of individual investment portfolios. Furthermore, Azimut Capital Management SGR distributes Group and third-party products in Italy via a network of financial advisors while Azimut Libera Impresa focuses on the alternatives business. The main foreign companies are Azimut Investments SA (founded in Luxembourg in 1999), which manages the multi strategy funds AZ Fund1 and AZ Multi Asset, and the Irish Azimut Life DAC, which offers life insurance products.

Si rende noto che l'avviso di convocazione dell'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti della Società, convocata in unica convocazione per il giorno 27 aprile 2023, è stata pubblicata sul sito internet www.azimut-group.com, sezione Investor Relations, Assemblea, e l'estratto è stato pubblicato sul quotidiano "Italia Oggi".
Azimut è uno dei principali Gruppi indipendenti in Europa operante (dal 1989) nel settore del risparmio gestito. La capogruppo Azimut Holding S.p.A. è quotata alla Borsa di Milano dal 7 luglio 2004 (AZM.IM) ed è membro, fra gli altri, dell'indice FTSE MIB. L'azionariato vede oltre 1.900 fra gestori, consulenti finanziari e dipendenti uniti in un patto di sindacato che controlla circa il 22% della società. Il rimanente è flottante. Il Gruppo comprende diverse società attive nella promozione, nella gestione e nella distribuzione di prodotti finanziari e assicurativi, aventi sede principalmente in Italia, Australia, Brasile, Cile, Cina (Hong Kong e Shanghai), Egitto, Emirati Arabi, Irlanda, Lussemburgo, Messico, Monaco, Portogallo, Singapore, Svizzera, Taiwan, Turchia e USA. Le principali società estere sono Azimut Investments SA (fondata in Lussemburgo nel 1999), che gestisce i fondi multi-comparto AZ FUND1 e AZ Multi Asset, e la società irlandese Azimut Life DAC, che offre prodotti assicurativi nel ramo vita.
