Azimut Holding Published the documentation for the Annual Shareholders' Meeting

Milan, 9 April 2015

This is to inform that the following documents have been made available to the public at the Company's registered office in Milan, Via Cusani n. 4, on the authorized storage system SDIR-NIS / NIS Storage website , and on the corporate website (www.azimut.it – in the investor relations/AGM section):

• A. Annual Report, including the separated and consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2014
• B. Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors
• C. Independent Auditors Report on separated and consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2014
• D. Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure
• E. Report on point n. 3 of the AGM
• F. Report on point n. 4 of the AGM

The extract of the notification of the deposit has also be published on the newspaper "Milano Finanza".
