Axactor ASA: Annual report 2023
ANNUAL REPORT
Axactor ASA's Annual report, including the Sustainability report for 2023, is
published today, 17 April 2024. The Annual report is available on Axactor's
website: www.axactor.com
DIVIDENDS
The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 8
May 2024 not to distribute any dividend for the financial year 2023 at the time
of the annual general meeting. The Board decision is based on an overall
assessment of the current market conditions. The Board recognizes that these
conditions may change rapidly and has therefore requested an authorization from
the annual general meeting to decide, at their sole discretion, dividend
payments of up to 50% of the 2023 result at a later date.
