Axactor Annual Report 2019

Axactor has published its Annual Report for 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019. The Financial Review, including the Report by the Board of Directors, Financial Statements and the Corporate Governance Statement, is also available on the company’s website www.axactor.com.
The Corporate Governance Statement has been prepared in accordance with the Norwegian Corporate Governance Code (NUES). Axactor’s Sustainability Report 2019 is integrated into the Annual Report.
