Reference is maid to the announcement 26 June 2020 relating to the employee share option program approved by the general meeting 1 April 2020.

Primary insiders in the Company have today received the following grants of options:

Teemu Alaviitala, CFO of Axactor SE, has been granted 375 000 share options. Following the grant, he holds 1 400 shares and 375 000 options in the Company.

Kyrre Svae, Chief of Strategy & IR of Axactor SE, has been granted 375 000 share options. Following the grant, he holds 79 000 shares and 375 000 options in the Company.
