In connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of Nickel Mountain Group AB (NMG) to be held on Thursday May 8, 2014, depute member of the Board Erlend Dunér Henriksen has as received proxy to represent and vote for 7.894.342 shares held by the minority shareholders. Including 33.501 shares held by his wholly owned company Renud Invest AS, this represents 37,35% of the outstanding shares and voting rights in the Company.
