Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Axactor SE regarding the private placement of 30 million new shares. Geveran Trading Co Ltd, a company indirectly controlled by trusts established by Mr. John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, was allocated 12,000,000 shares in the private placement at NOK 17.25 per share. Following completion of the private placement, Geveran Trading Co Ltd. will own 56,710,233 shares in Axactor, representing 30.59 % of the outstanding share capital and voting rights in the Company.
