Dicslosure of large shareholdings

Capital Group International, Inc. is the parent

company that serve as investment managers to various

institutional clients around the globe.

This is an amendment to the disclosure filed on

behalf of GCII datetd 29 April 2010 as well as a

disclosure due to an increase of outstanding shares.

On 29 April 2010, we had contractual rights to

receive up to the amount we reported. On 7 June 2010,

139,012,374 shares were received, resulting in a

shareholding of 139,012,374 shares (10.254%), of

which 134,536,175 shares (9.923%) were held by a

fund, Capital International Private Equity Fund IV,

L.P. ("CIPEF IV"), a Delaware limited partnership

that is managed by CII.

On 30 June 2010, IGE increased its share capital. As

a result, on 1 July 2010, CGII's percentage of

holdings decreased below 10% as a result of an

increase in IGE Resources AB's issued share capital

to 1,366,544,212. As of this date, CGII has a

shareholding of 135,792,374 shares (9.937%), of which

131,419,215 shares (9.617%) are held by fund, CIPEF

IV. This decrease due to changes in the outstanding

shares made CGII cross a reportable threshold.
